Well, we have finally gotten some snow that has decided to stick around. It has been here since yesterday. We had snow once before that lasted a day. Newfoundland has been having an unusually warm winter with lots of rain. So when I woke up this morning and seen the snow still on the ground I decided that I was going to take a few pictures of it. However ever driving to silent witness (i wanted pictures of the falls with snow on the sides) I discovered there was not much snow there. I still took some pictures of the waterfall. It was a nice sunny day but very cold, I called it quits only once I had almost fallen in the waterfall. It was a great time, my son was up over the embankment with my husband saying "be careful mommy, don't get wet". It was a wonderful adventure!
