FOOD PHOTOGRAPHY

So, with inspiritation from my wonderful sister (www.becomingmartha.blogspot.com) I have decided that not only to I want to be a better photographer, I want to be a better wife and mom. I have started planning out my meals so that I grocery shop with ease (check out Sarah' sgrocery list). Not only does this make grocery shopping easier it makes 4:00 less hectic. So tonight when supper went easy I decided I would try my hand at the art of "plating" and photographing food. Needless to say I had fun placing the food just so on the plate and then cleaning up the excess BBQ sauce and garlic herb sauce from the chicken and the shell noodles so that my plated food looked picture perfect. I enjoyed taking pictures of my food as a subject - perhaps becuase it did not run away from me or scream at me. All in all here are a couple shots of my YUMMY supper (that was cold by the time I was finished taking pictures of it :)  ). enjoy!
